We are pleased to announce the All-Hands IFB/ELIXIR-FR 2025 meeting.

This event will take place at the Institut des Systèmes Complexes - amphithéatre TOTEM on 11 place Nationale Nationale in Paris from December 02th to 04th, 2025.

The morning of Tuesday 2nd and the afternoon of Thursday 4th will be dedicated to your travel arrangements. The afternoon of Thursday 4th will also be dedicated to satellite meetings.

Practical information

The IFB will cover accommodation and transport costs for this categorie :

1. IFB-core staff (permanent, fixed-term contract, letter of assignment, including action team and community managers)

For these staff, the mission will be covered in its entirety and we will come back to you shortly on this point.

The IFB will cover accommodation costs for these categories :

2. One person representing each platform

3. ELIXIR Community or Platform Coordinators

The IFB invites to the event but will not cover the accommodation and transport costs for these categories:

Platforms may be represented by several agents, subject to availability, but accommodation will only be paid for one representative.

The IFB will cover meal costs for all categories 1 to 5, including the cocktail reception on 2 December and lunches on 3 and 4 December.

The ISC amphitheatre has a capacity of 130 people, so don't delay in registering! (Registration closes on 17 October). Priority will be given to staff whose accommodation is paid for. If this is not the case, a confirmation of participation will be sent to you by the end of October.
